In September 1991 A.K. CosmoServe Limited & its associate licensed audit firm UHY Antonis Kassapis Limited (UHY Cyprus) were established by their founder and managing director Mr Antonis Kassapis, aiming to provide a comprehensive range of specialist services to the growing number of international businesses which chose to take advantage of the opportunities offered by Cyprus’ developing international financial services sector.
Our team at CosmoServe continues to provide a full spectrum of services including company formation and corporate structuring, international tax planning, accounting, audit, local taxation, corporate and fiduciary services, and management consultancy services for both local and international business, as well as high net worth individuals.
Today, we employ many professionals of various origins and disciplines, and have clients and professional associates on a worldwide scale.
Throughout the years, and despite a challenging environment, we are proud to have been able to continue to meet our clients’ ever changing needs and provide them with a professional, efficient and friendly service. Our many longstanding and loyal clients bear testament to the successful achievements of our Firm.
Due to the ongoing COVID pandemic our plans for anniversary celebrations had to be scaled back, nevertheless, a small cocktail party for the local staff was held to mark the occasion.
